Ini catetan yang saya buat.. agak di maafkan dan di maklumi catetannya bila kurang bisa di mengerti maksud dan tujuan catetan yang saya buat.. :DD

I. equative : as . . . as . . .
    (+) Iam as tall as Tom Cruise
    (-) Diana is not as pretty as Farah

II. Comparative
     the rule : 1) to compare two things / people
                   2) based on the number of syllables

•  1 + syllable + adjective

                   ex : slow - slower
                         small - smaller
                         big - bigger

•   Lebih dari 3 syllables + adj => more + adj

                  ex : expensive - more expensive
                         enthusiastic - more enthusiastic

•  Dua syllables + adj

              a) ending in SOME ROWLEY
                  ex : handsome - handsomer
                        clever - cleverer
                        narrow - narrower
                        simple - simplier
                        lazy - lazier
              b) NOT ending in SOME ROWLEY => more + adj
                   ex : compact - more compact
                          honest - more honest

•  Irregular :

            ex : good - better
                   bad - worse
                   little - less
                   few - fewer
                   old - older
                           elder (family)
                   far - farther (distance)
                           further

III. Superlative
       The rule : 1) to compare more than 2 things' / people
                      2) based on the number of syllables
